Refund & Return Policy – V Care Ayurveda

At V Care Ayurveda, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that every product you receive is of the highest quality and delivered in perfect condition. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
✅ You received the wrong product
✅ The product was damaged or leaked upon delivery
✅ The product is expired on arrival
✅ The item is unopened and in its original packaging
❌ We do not accept returns for opened, used, or tampered products due to the nature of Ayurvedic consumables.
Return Time Frame
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
- After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot process any return or refund requests.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please:
- Email us at support@vcareayurveda.in with the following:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
- Order ID
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
- Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return pickup or shipping process.
Refund Process
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the error is on our side).
Replacements
If you received a damaged or wrong product, we will offer a free replacement or full refund based on your preference.
Important Notes
- Please do not return any product without prior confirmation from our support team.
- Self-returned items without approval will not be eligible for a refund.
